We’re delighted to be starting work with Northampton Partnership Homes, to rebuild their website and redefine their customer touch points and interactions.
NPH is a not-for-profit organisation that manages West Northamptonshire Council’s housing services, supporting those who are in need of accommodation and enabling people to live happy and healthy lives in enriched communities.
Our project will start with a deep dive in to discovering the needs, pain points and problems of those who interact with NPH on the web, through multiple service user research sessions and workshops, and will flow through prototyping, iteration and testing of new website brochure pages, functional interactions and back-end, organisational functions, before go-live in 2023.
We’ll then be working with NPH and residents through a beta phase for the first three months of 2023.
